We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

When will my order be processed?

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next working day after processing. Please note we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

During peak seasons, holidays, or sales periods, processing times may take slightly longer.

How long does shipping take within Malaysia?

Once shipped, orders within Malaysia generally arrive within 5-10 business days, depending on your location.

Why am I receiving my items in separate packages?

To ensure the fastest delivery, your items may ship separately from different warehouses. Don’t worry, you’ll receive tracking updates for each package.

Will I be charged customs or taxes?

For orders within Malaysia, most shipments will not incur additional customs or taxes. However, in rare cases where duties apply, buyers are responsible for any related charges.
